We generally ship to all countries, but shipping is suspended to some countries due to conflicts or other special circumstances.
Our regular shipping method to US is Fedex and DHL for other countries.

It will be calculated automatically by the shopping cart.
Reels are free shipping to your country, however some countries where need extra cost for the delivery and oversize package, additional cost will be charged.
If you buy accessories together with Reel, free shipping can be applied until the total weight becomes certain weight.
Rods are including the basic shipping cost. In case of over length package, oversize charge will be added.

Yes you can register different address in your account on membership page and can select when you place order.

Bank transfer is not accepted.

Our site supports 3D-Secure that needs password issued by credit card company. Please ask the card company for further question about 3D-Secure.

No, our price is not including tax.
Even though personal use, there is possibility of needing to pay tax.
For the percentage of tariff, please ask Fedex/DHL at your country side.
- Q.11How many days the delivery arrive to my address.
- A.11We will ship out within 3 business days (some items are within 1 week).
Then it takes about 4 - 7 days to your country usually.
After custom clearance, it will be delivered to your address.

- A.12Yes, the tracking number will be informed as soon as the shipment is done.
It will take some time until the number is reflected to the tracking database.

Any official warranty is not available for exported items by third party like our store.
For your reference, the official warranty is not including in all reels except partly DC reel and Electric reel in case of JDM tackles.
